"Of course i don't know" Owen told the Commander with a quizzily look on him as well.

"Unless someone stole some cortrizine after I checked last, I think you're right," Xanta said, the smile reaching her eyes. "Well, whenever you're ready, let's get checking the hyposprays. I don't want to find out in the middle of an emergency that we're missing twenty."

"Arent you supposed to know? I remember Professor Reegan was always quite insistent on that point. Not that I paid much attention to her." Sam said.

Owen smiled at Sam's hidden 'telling the captain what to do' attitude or atleast it seemed that way to the Captain. "I don't think most Captain write out what there going to say for there Captain's speech...we do it on the spot" he told Sam.

Morgan nodded as he left the office and made a small walk over to the medical tray that was next to the surgical bed. He started looking over the hyprosprays and chemicals.

"Interesting. I'll have to remember that." Sam said. "If I ever get the big chair for good that is." he continued ruefully.

Xanta walked out of her office after Morgan, but went the medical tray closer to her office.

Jonathon heard the message for the senior officer's meeting in the mess hall. Seeing as I'm the morale officer, I won't be a senior officer. But hopefully I'll get to go to a meeting or two, he thought. When he decided to become a morale officer, he knew that he wouldn't be able to see a whole lot of action. Besides, Jon knew that he would feel better about his life if he was able to keep people's spirits up - he already felt that way, especially about his childhood.

Owen let a grin shine on his friend "Oh you never know, by this time tomorrow you could be promoted to Captain but no gurantees" he joked.

Morgan was mumbling the names of the chemicals and those inside some of the hyprosrays as he counted them.

Sam laughed softly. "True. But I too doubt it."

Eliza Jane heard the captains comm. "I guess we'll get to meet everyone else in thirty minutes." Eliza Jane said to no one in particular. I wonder if the captain would mind... Eliza Jane Harper turned and looked at Kathleen. "Would you like to come to the briefing?"

Lilly decided to go back to sickbay. She went in the back way. Lilly looked at the shelves and trays with medical tools and information on them. In the far corner she saw a station with three panels and a few wall screens.

Jonus ignored the conversation going on around him. He'd kill time the only way he could; flying the ship

Owen nodded in joke agreement to the Commander. He leaned back in his chair as he looked around the bridge and couldn't help but let a smile form on his lips.

Kathleen looked up at Eliza. "My presence is not required. But I will attend."

Eliza Jane smiled then went about her own business.
