Prolouge: So It Begins...

Eliza Jane looked at Kathleen. "Would you mind repeating that?" Eliza Jane asked as she put a PADD down on top of the work station.

"I was simply stating that the Ensign could use experience." Kathleen said, looking at Eliza.

"I honestly think that was a joke!" said Sergei quietly in astonishment

"It was humorous?" Kathleen asked.

Baro'Garen looked around the bridge to see if anyone was acting like they were nervous, but everyone seemed calm. Hmff. Must be the fact that I'm a Klingon that I'm the only one who feels that something is wrong, she thought. She returned to monitoring her console, but glanced up from time to time.

"Mr Falx, what is our current ETA?" Owen asked his helmsman his eyes looking at him with an honest patient stare.

Morgan had finished with his work. boy that took awhile he thought to himself.

"At current course and speed, our estimated arrival is in 13 hours, sir" Jonus replied as he scanned his console.

"Yea it was funny!" Sergie replied, still taken aback by Kathleen's remark. ~ten minutes in and shes already improving~ he thought

"I was not attempting to make a 'joke' Ensign." Kathleen said.

"Sometimes funnies just happen at random." Eliza Jane told Kathleen as she walked around to on of the mini stations on the upper level. She tapped a few of the buttons. "The random funnies are the most fun."

"I was being serious." Kathleen continued. In the back of her mind she was thinking- humans. They're so slow.

"Good" Owen replied unconsiously as he leaned back in his chair, his fingers in his right hands moving in a bent formation like most Captains did while they were thinking. He opened up a ship-wide comm. "All Senior Officers are to report to the conference room in thirty minutes, i repeat Senior Officers to the conference room in thirty minutes" Owen said closing the comm with his forefinger.

The Captain then glanced over at his Commander "Well here come's the Captain speech" he said to the Commander referring to the Senior Meeting.

Morgan made his way over and into the CMO's office and looked at his Commanding officer and was about to speak when the Captain's comm came over the ship. he cleared his throat with a smile "Tell me the mission once you get back from the conference room" he paused, Morgan decided to leave it at that. He was going to ask if they should make there own medical announcment of all crewmembers should come to sickbay for there physicals.

Sam nodded. "I hope its good."

Xanta looked up at Morgan when he spoke. "I'll tell everything I can," she replied. Hmm... Only a few people have come in for their physicals. Maybe after the meeting we should make an announcement asking people to come in for their physicals, Xanta thought. She returned Morgan's smile as she stood up. "I'd like to make sure that we have all the hyposprays we're supposed to have before I have to go to the meeting. Will you lend a hand?" Xanta asked Morgan.

Owen let out a soft quiet chuckle "So do i Commander...so do i".

Morgan's smile increased "of course" he replied eagerly. "I think we have a enough cortrizine (sp)" he informed going over his memory.
